This privacy policy sets out how I protect and use personal information collected at this site, during initial telephone consultations, during attendance at ByGeorge Pilates classes and during initial and follow up nutrition consultations. Please read this policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. Any changes I may make to my privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. You are encouraged to review the policy whenever you visit the site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used. At PilatesByGeorge, I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of my visitors to the website and clients when they visit my studio or a matwork class. In particular, I want you to know PilatesByGeorge is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists or any other personal details with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

Personal Information

For regulatory and professional reasons I am required to collect information about you when you first join PilatesByGeorge such as age and medical history. Your information will be stored securely. I must hold your information for 7 years in order to comply with professional, legal and insurance requirements I must fulfil.

After the 7 year period I may continue to process some of your information such as your name, address, email address and phone number for future identification purposes of you as a previous client.

The information provided by you, and any information you may later provide, will only ever be used for teaching/nutrition purposes and will not, in any circumstances, be shared with a third party without your written consent.

I adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure of your personal information and any data stored.

Third Party Software

I use Outlook Express to manage and store your personal information as described in the personal information section. Access to this is protected by password. I also place all written consultations/notes in a lockable file.

My website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
