The byGeorge studio in Horsell, Woking comprises the Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer with attached Cadillac tower, a spine corrector, an arc along with lots of smaller pieces of equipment.

A studio session involves performing the exercises on specially designed apparatus that uses spring loaded resistance, gravity and movement to support or challenge the body whilst moving.

Moving on the apparatus means the body is always supported by and moving towards or away from something solid. This provides sensory feedback fostering greater awareness and understanding of alignment, how the body moves and which muscles are active and relaxed.

Sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis and tailored to the client and their needs. The apparatus can be easily adjusted to accommodate the body proportions of the individual and suit their physical and technical ability.
